NYSID has the state-wide capability to perform contracts for a wide range of services, as mandated under Section 162 of the State Finance Law.
NYSID currently holds over 450 services contracts and has extensive experience in contract development, costing, quality management, and customer satisfaction.
The major benefits of a NYSID service contract – whether you're a state agency, political subdivision, public benefit corporation, authority, or state facility – are that you can negotiate pricing, specifications and other terms directly without the time and expense associated with a competitive bidding process.
